1. Eligibility :

  • This policy applies only to users who have subscribed to premium services for the first time.

  • It is valid only for Standard Online Membership Plans (Silver, Gold,).

2. Conditions for Refund :

  • Refund will only be processed if the subscriber does not receive even a single Interest Acceptance within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. Excluded Plans :

  • The refund guarantee is not applicable to Assisted Services, Diamond or VIP Services.

4. Refund Timeline  :

  • If your refund request is approved, it will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.
